Going For The Grill
The seasonal changes that our Earth provides are persistent reminders as to how we can diversify our means for enjoyment. While some places endure more evident alterations in weather conditions than others, there is always a changing of the guard in terms of what things we need for certain times of the year. A pivotal piece for Summer, and year round for that matter, is the beloved and iconic grill. The creator of the first grill is a rather ambiguous discussion, however, we do know that George Stephen, a welder at Weber Brothers Metal Works in Illinois, conceived the first modern BBQ grill in 1952. His construction process consisted of cutting a metal buoy in half to make a dome-shaped frame, this was followed by him wielding three steel legs to the bottom and Voila.

We’ve come a long way since then, and we have a serious grill recommendation here at Maison & Co. There are some ideas of your space that must be identified to choose the right one, but we’ve found that any grill will get the job done.
Our absolute go to for outdoor grilling is Sub-zero Wolf’s collection. Their grills can be selected as built-in, as you see above, or freestanding systems coming in dimensional choices of 30", 36", 42", and 54" widths.

Created with durable stainless steel materials, these grills are built to last, and made to use. Each formidable feature is easy to use and always there for you to innovate your own interpersonal grilling path. With precision temperature controls you can truly take charge of this temporal beast.

Wolf’s iconic red knobs are always knocking on the mind, trying to motion our bodies to use them, it's hard not to follow. The grill is the epitome of an elemental epicenter that always brings life together. We believe in the power of communal food consumption, and grills are a proven way to facilitate such feasts.
